Who we are

Established in 1991, the Cooperative Terremerse is the result of the merger of various cooperatives which originates from CORAS, that has roots in the Cooperativa Servizi a Coloni, Small owners and hired workers from Massalombarda, founded one hundred years ago, exactly on 30 April 1911 and in all respect the true ancestor of  actual cooperative.

Over time, many cooperative experiences from different fields and sectors have directed their own resources and knowledge into Terremerse: agricultural products provision, purchase of cereals, fruit and vegetables, meat processing.

Today Terremerse is a consolidated company in agri-food processing, with a turnover of 130 million €, capable of distributing the production and worth its 5.600 partners (to whom may be added more than 700 investing partners). Terremersenalso to its partners offer the service of looking for partnership either at the destination market or at organizing the purchase.

The aim: create sustainable quality in food supply chain for consumers, partners, customers and collaborators, with full respect for people and environment.

Terremerse take part in the National and International market and it is leader i cereal proteins, fruit and vegetables, provision of agricultural products, farm machinery and equipment, as well as meat.
